Our sales teams have been working in regions as diverse as I’ve ever been a part of, and we continue to expand our expectations of what a servicing day looks like. As we push forward this fall, we have made several significant changes/investments that will provide expanded service and solutions for our credit unions across the network. What’s changing? Here comes 7 day a week processing for all of our credit unions (sign up documents are coming your way soon).
Next work that’s well underway is time zone processing that will run from Eastern to Hawaii time zones (effective February 1 with our first Hawaii-based CU joining the network). And to provide expanded service hours we are adding a second shift team that will be in our Grand Rapids office working 3:00 PM ET until midnight. I’ve never been more excited about the opportunities and how the CUSO is investing to better support our partners wherever they may work and live.
