A couple weeks ago the cooperative wrapped up a two-day sales audit and planning session for the cuasterisk.com network and I was given the chance to share some closing thoughts. I had kicked around a few ideas and actually run back across a favorite quote the day before the meeting kicked off.
In my life, this particular quote has crossed my path at very special times. The first time I recall encountering it was in my youth in the elementary school classroom where I learned to read. The second time we crossed paths was in the first credit union board room where I had a seat at the table. It was a plaque on the wall. This past weekend, walking through an incredible log home in northern Michigan, I found the quote carved into a full beam.
